Grand 255m2 (2745 sqft) space situated on the ground floor of a former safe factory, Au-Roi has conserved the majestic arches, metal-framed glass ceiling and large direct to street entryways of it’s industrial past. The adjacent spaces, 475 m2 (5113 sqft) to the left and 200m2 (2153 sqft) on the first floor, can be annexed for large scale productions. Au Roi is equipped with a powerful central HVAC system so you can stay cool on even the hottest days !

Au Roi gallery is now offering a new rental space. For larger production projects, Au Roi now offers « the New York apartment », situated just above the principal gallery.

The Gallery
In the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, the rue de la Fontaine au Roi is a link between the Place de la République and the East of Paris.
